Milano… (yup, I am using the Italian spelling as it sounds way more… Italian?). Home of the famous Duomo cathedral, the fashion district and cute little street cars. Well… shall we?
Around Il Duomo
The #1 tourist attraction in Milan, it took almost 600 years to complete, being completed in 1965. It is the largest church in Italy.

Many cities have tried to imitate this gallery, the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II remains the most impressive.

And now, let’s take one of those historic street cars to Navigli, shall we?

Navigli
As if it was copied from Amsterdam, the canal area in Milan is quite charming. Used for centuries to carry goods, these canals are now used for irrigation with supply coming from Lago Maggiore and Lago di Como.

Let’s take the subway to the Fashion District.

Quadrilatero Della Moda
Milano has it’s own fashion district. It feels like walking around in an open-air airport without airplanes.

Cordusio
Cordusio is home to one of the few Starbucks Reserve Roastery. The Café Gelato Shake is recommended, it makes you want to come back.
